Tina Racette grew up in Woodbury, Minnesota then found her way to beautiful Port St. Joe, Florida in 2023 with her husband, beloved dog Landers and two cats. After a successful, long term career in finance and accounting she found her passion to be in all things real estate. Specifically helping people who want to make a ‘big’ move such as MN to FL. She knows how stressful it can be and strives to make it as easy and seamless as possible for you.
Education has always been important to Tina. She has a BS in Accounting from the College of St. Catherine’s and a Masters in Tax (MBT) from the University of Minnesota. This will continue to be a priority in her real estate career. Taking classes through CPAR and the National Association of REALTORSⓇ to further her knowledge and stay on the forefront of a continually changing industry.
Tina’s tenacious work ethic and emotional intelligence will benefit clients throughout the buying or selling process. She is in constant communication with her clients as they go through the process, and continually goes above and beyond the Realtor call of duty. She is both a homeowner and income property owner, which makes her empathetic to clients as they experience the current real estate climate.
